Do you allow pets? 
Yes, one cat . It has to be fixed, free of fleas and up to date on its vaccinations. Tenants are required to show proof.

Are you located near public transit?
Yes there is a bus stop across the street.

Is parking available? 
Parking is located near the building and is an additional cost of $10.00 per month.

Are laundry facilities available on site?
Yes we have laundry facilities. $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

What are the preferred times for moving?
Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 4:00pmSaturday: All Day
Sunday: No moving, as per Stoneybrook's Policy

You have approved my application - how do I get setup with NS Power?You must call NS Power and provide the apartment number  to the agent. The agent will give you a confirmation number which needs to be given to the office before moving in.
