  • We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to become a smoke free building! Please note that we have designated smoking areas outside. Please do not smoke cigarettes or cannabis in the building or on your balcony.  Smoking within 4m of a window or balcony is strictly prohibited as per Nova Scotia's Smoke Free Places Act. 
All apartments are well maintained and have access to both Eastlink and Bell Aliant FibreOp Services. Tenants also have access to a heated pool and sauna.
